I am a licensed professional counselor and a registered play therapist. I work with adults and teenagers. My counseling approach is eclectic and individualized to meet each client’s needs. I am supportive, but I also believe that the issues that bring people to counseling are not easy ones, so I believe in challenging my clients when appropriate. I use a variety of play therapy techniques to help individuals express themselves in an effort to create positive life changes.
