If you decide to begin individual, marital, or family counseling, scheduling a regular appointment time for the session may be best. When you schedule and appointment we cannot schedule any other work for that block of time, please let us know as far in advance as possible if you must reschedule a session, so that the time may be released for use by others. A cancellation fee of $40.00 will be added to your bill if you are unable to give at least 24 hour notice that you will not be attending a session. Insurance does not cover this fee. To re-schedule a session call 314-609-6772 and leave a message on the answering machine. If you must re-schedule a Monday session, please call services the weekend.
Services and Fees
It is expected that you will pay for your first appointment at the time of that appointment, unless special circumstances (such as insurance payment), require other arrangements. Follow up visits may be paid in full, or you may prefer to pay only you copayment and allow us to file for insurance reimbursements directly to Counselor Kate, LLC. If so please provide all insurance information, and sign the assignment statement on the first page. The maximum fees for various services are described below. These fees may be adjusted in certain circumstance; however, your fee will never exceed the amount listed. I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please understand that you are ultimately responsible for payment of all professional fees, regardless of whether or not an insurance company reimburses for the services.
